The Alabama Technology Network of the Alabama Community College System links two-year colleges, The University of Alabama, and Auburn University together to solve the needs of the state's existing manufacturing industry. ATN employees meet with business and industry to assess their needs and offer proven methods to increase profitability and productivity. ATN is the state's affiliate of the National Institute of Standards and Technology's manufacturing Extension Partnership. The Alabama E3 Program is supported financially and managed through ATN. ATN conducts the training and technical assistance for E3 clients.
